「The Happy Place is a perfect little house. I would have actually liked to know more about the property's history. We were very comfortable there-I loved the old Philco refrigerator that is still running perfectly. Interesting artifacts to explore. The shelving gave me ideas for my own little cottage in PA. 「This property is probably the best Vrbo ive stayed at. It had eveything we needed. The house was imaculate and everything eas thought of. The location was within a 15 minute drive of everything we wanted to do. I cant recommend it more. 」

「The house was lovely. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was excellent. The house was clean and nicely upgraded with plenty of room. The downstairs bedrooms were quite spacious, and the kitchen provided plenty of utensils. Parking was limited but we only had two cars so that wasn't a problem. Thanks for a great experience, Matt and Rachael!」

「Kristin was very accommodating for some changes in our reservation, including letting us have a late checkout. It was our 2nd stay there and both were good experiences.」

「This was a really good set up. Loved that we had separate beds. Bathroom situation comfortable for 4-6 people. Nice kitchen setup. Nice kids area down stairs. Note that it is on a major busy street and nice that there is a turn around area to be able to head front out in traffic. Close to grocery and restaurants. Love Sioux Falls, great destination! Clean!」
