“Nice location, easy to find with car and google. Good kitchen but the kitchen utensils were located at a strange place. No dryer in room and no hot water for my husband after I am done with my shower. No one at reception to help with this after 10pm. Not good for visitors who have a nightlife.”

“Nous sommes venues à 9 pour un enterrement de vie de jeune fille. Nous avons passé un agréable week-end entre filles. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin pour faire de jolie photo inoubliable. Accueil de la proprio adorable présente au besoin. Le spa a été très apprécié de tout le monde et le massage de la future mariée également. Je recommande fortement !!”

“We really enjoyed staying in the Ichibam. The location is perfect, because everything you need is close by. Contact and service were excellent. We needed some help with the pool and 2 minutes later they came to fix it. Thank you so much!”

“This apartment was centrally located with the basic necessities for our stay. Only one room with a door that closes, otherwise all the beds are in a common area. Upstairs neighbours are audible. Not sure if this was mentioned in the listing, but the toilet is a separate room with no garbage and no sink - something we have learned is common in France.”

"Experienced a very problematic check-in. I had to go in and out of reception 3 times before getting the right room. Although I booked for two days, they only programmed the card for one day, requiring me to check in at reception again for the second day. There are still shower repair tools left in the room. The good thing is the hotel is new and located near bus and tram stops. This was the messiest reception service I have ever experienced."
