「What an awesome way to reuse an old school building! We enjoyed staying here with all of the amenities and even were able to see the 4th of July parade from the pool patio. We loved being able to walk to most places. We opted to drive to the beach with all of our stuff. If you have a wagon, south beach is walkable. If you ever have plans to sell, our 12 year old son would “live there forever”. Thanks for sharing your place with us!」

It was so quiet and the house was just the perfect size for us. The hot tub was nice and we used the paddleboat while we were there. 「I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people...
