“Kayaks included in the rental made getting on the lake super easy. It was a beautiful, peaceful trip in a secluded neighborhood. Well stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, etc. ”

“This was such a neat experience. The description of the property was excellent. Everything was as described. Our kids had an amazing time and the stars were beautiful. They had more than we expected. All of the beds were comfortable and warm.”

“Perfect house for a group of 7 adults. Lots of comfy seating inside and out on the deck and dock. Well stocked with oil, spices, etc. Master bed was very comfortable. Other beds were OK. Dock area is small and not deep water. That didn't matter to us since we went in September. Wifi was very slow but we had 5 people trying to work so more our fault than the house. Overall, an excellent Lake Gaston rental. ”

“Lovely, well-appointed property, very clean and well-laid out. We cooked at home and the kitchen was very complete. We found that we didn't need the golf cart, despite renting it on advice of the reviews. Elderly grandparents and toddler were able to handle the walk and the sandy "beach" is nicer than the photo. Minor negatives: You must remove your trash at the end of your stay (the dump on our route was closed at that time) and the electronic lock was malfunctioning (could be user failure).……
