「Nice place, easy stay」

「Great location in the historic district of Evansville. 」

「The place was nice for what we wanted and we could tell it was one of the first times the room was used which is fine.We had to check in a bit late because they were not done cleaning, but the room and appliances themselves were nice.Fair warning the internet is not the greatest but it works and the shower water did not get very warm.Despite those minor issues we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay and had a good experience overall」

「Clear directions on where to park and how to get in. Cute, cozy space. Walking distance to food, coffee shop, and the river. 」

「The listing is beautifully decorated however there are some underlying flooring issues. The sub-flooring is falling in underneath the faux hardwood. There are lots of holds & the wood is rotting. Cleaners clean with strong chemicals to cover rotting floor smell. 」
