“Lovely home right on the beach, clean, spacious and well appointed. Pleanty of room to spread out. The property manager was very responsive to any questions or requests. Would definitely recommend. ”

“We had a wonderful time at the house, the pool was perfect for when the ocean was too rough. We couldn’t find the light switch for the pool light, that’s the only negative comment I can make. We loved it!”

“Location is great, pool good for a dip, and overall layout and size of house is good. But we arrived to find the house quite dirty (needed better vacuuming, wipe down of kitchen cabinets, etc) and in disrepair with a broken screen door to the screened porch among other things. The passcode lock had a dead battery, and I needed to call for the key. The beds were made, but many were without flat sheets and one with bugs and hair on the fitted sheet under the comforter that was full of sand. Good……

“Amazing views! Very comfortable beds, we came for the Neptune Festival so location right on the beach was perfect! Would definitely recommend this place! It had all the amenities you could need and sunrise views were great!”

“Served our needs well. Close proximity to everything we were there to do. I would suggest newer couches. Starting to show age and wear”

“Property is in a great location. Ocean views and having the beach so close was nice. The kitchen is fully stocked they even have a crockpot, which wasn't in the listing but helped us feed a group of 17. The only thing missing was the ball for the foosball game. ”

“Exceeded expectations ”

“The large tree on the lower level needs clipping it does obstruct the view. The bed was small and uncomfortable but we made it work for the short stay. The bathtub/shower was really nice. The balcony was nice to have. The mini split unit we had to turn wayyyy down for it to keep it cool. Overall it was a decent place to stay. It does smell a bit musty when you shpwer or when you close it up and leave and then come back. But opening the door to the balcony helped with that.”

“This is our second time coming down to Virginia Beach. We had a great time this time around too. It was amazing! So peaceful and relaxing. ”
