「I have no complaints, it was very clean and above my expectations, staff was friendly very friendly and also very helpful. They told me the heat in the room I was given possibly didn’t work and had provided a heater which actually wasn’t needed since heat was indeed working. 「The renter was extremely responsive and provided detailed information to make the whole process easy and stress-free. The kitchen, though small, had most of the amenities required to prepare meals readily available. For our purposes, the location was ideal to navigate to multiple places of interest. 」

「As advertised but even better! We stayed here for a Cooperstown tournament. 3 adults. Our son also spent a night and loved it. If you are staying for baseball do make sure you check if your tournament is actually in Cooperstown cause ours was in Oneota. 「Here's the run down: this is a relatively well kept property for it's age (150 yrs old!). It's a very small 2 story house with a quite large backyard. The exterior views of the house are from the backyard although the living room faces the front.Parking is limited as the garage was not accessible to host a minivan. 「The photos don’t do this place justice! Such a peaceful & well equipped property!! They literally thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!! The location is somewhat in the middle between Cooperstown and Oneonta, which works well if you’re going to both cities. 「Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. 」
