「Stayed for 10 days with my family. It was easy to find located right on the beach. Stunning beach and view. We loved the screened in porch. This beach house had everything you could want and then some. Washer dryer, a/c, plenty of hot water, really nice landscaping and parking. While there the owner had two new paddle boards delivered to the house which was really nice of them. Everything worked perfect. There are easy steps down into the ocean. Freshwater picket right out front to wash the sand...

「Just like the last time, our stay has been amazing. The owner, never fail to get back on us quick if we have any concerns or favor to ask. The place is clean and very peaceful. You can hear the oceanwaves and of course, the sunrise is perfect from my bedroom. My family and I will surely book this place for my birthday celebration. They exceeded my expectations compared before. Keep up the good work.」

「Beautiful property and our family had a wonderful time. They had everything we needed for our stay. Not having to bring beach towels saved us a lot of room in our bags too! The views were amazing from the property!! We appreciate the responsiveness of Bryan during our stay! Definitely do your research before coming to Grand Bahama island. Recovering from the hurricane is still affecting this island, business that used to be there are no longer there. Phone numbers and websites are not up to date...

Lovely home feel, well equipped kitchen, cute patio to enjoy breakfast and walk out to the very nice grounds and amazing beach. Everything super clean and accessible for all you need. Went for a 5 day family diving vacation, both PADI shops within a 5 min drive (or take the bikes).Complex is nice as well, staff and security very friendly and professional, on-site restaurant a great find, always felt relaxed and safe. ...

「The property was sufficient for my purposes. However, the pictures are not accurate as far as the view of the ocean. When you look directly outside you are looking at another condo. You have to step outside on the balcony and then look over to the left in order to see the ocean. ... So people wanting a true ocean view This would not be the property for that. The communication with the owner was delayed most of the time. Also, it would have been good to know that once you renewed your stay there...

「I cannot say enough good things about this house. We really enjoyed staying on the property. It is extremely clean and has everything you need. The view and location is spectacular. Shakera, Michelle and Jenna were a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend. We hope to be back someday.」

「Wow! What an amazing place. We had a party of 6 and came to fish for the week. It was nice to be able to pull the boat right to the dock and have a workstation there to clean and rinse the day's catch. It was a great location to hit the ocean through the short canal. We didn't have to go far to dive for lobster, conch, and fish for various species. The house is spacious and gives everyone their own little space if needed and makes cooking/grilling nice to have everyone move about and not on top...

「I would definitely recommend staying at this unit! The condo was clean and very well stocked with all the things you need for an amazing beach vacation. The common areas and gardens are beautifully maintained. The pool was fantastic. Make sure to go to La Roc (restaurant on premises) for great food, drinks and live music. 」
