「The house was very clean and spacious. Loved the long horn prints and special touches in each room. Large TVs in both bedrooms and living room. A great place to stay. Host was responsive. Georgetown is a lovely and fun town. 」

「Everything was clean and quaint, perfect for a simple stay. I only used it to sleep and change and it was perfect for that. I would however recommend to somehow add a small dresser.」

「This house is perfection, I would absolutely stay there again. The host has thought of everything and the house is impeccably clean. The decor is beautiful, we must have said ‘oh my gosh, look at this’ 20 times a day. The location is great, the only negative is that because of the location, you will hear dumpsters being emptied every morning. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us.:) 」

「I would not recommend staying here. Upon arrival, I found more than 20 dead flies scattered throughout the apartment, along with what appeared to be rodent droppings. I had specifically booked this property because I needed access to a kitchen during a business trip, and given the sanitation concerns, I did not feel comfortable preparing food or staying in the unit. I immediately documented the issues with photos, contacted management, and left without staying overnight. Unfortunately, the...

「The room was extremely clean. The bed is comfortable. We didn't cook in the room because we were only there 2 nights. We did notice the skillet needs scrubbing. We would suggest having a small table with 2 chairs instead of the desk with 1 chair. We didn't use the TV. We don't have streaming apps. Suggest having a few local channels for news and weather. The washer and dryer are a big plus. They are noisy and may need some maintenance. The belts are squealing.」

「We had a great time staying at The Pearl! The location was fantastic- we were able to walk to the square in less than 5 minutes. The house was ADORABLE. The decor was functional and beautiful. The bed was super comfortable. We will be back! 」
