“Nice place. I’m from the area originally. Had a wedding to attend so lots of family in town and we decided to give up staying with family since we had to leave early on Sunday. This spot was really quiet even though the place next door was occupied. We were so busy though we didn’t get to fully enjoy it! The river had come back up so the view was back to normal, which is super great. I meant to take pictures of the squirrels and whistler ducks, just got to busy watching and drinking coffee while……

“Great stay, clean, comfortable, nice neighborhood, and was perfect location to what I needed. Didn’t experience the pool as it’s off season right now, but I could tell it would be very nice when open. Animals on the property are adorable. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be coming back when I return to visit family. ”

“We had a great time. Just disappointed we didn’t get there earlier to enjoy the place more, but that was only because we were celebrating our daughter’s graduation somewhere else. My grandbabies loved the game room…and I’m not going to lie…I LOVED playing PAC-Man. The home was really nice and plenty of room. Nicely decorated, updated appliances and very comfortable. More than one night would be best to enjoy everything and we would love to go back at another time.”

“Great place to stay and great hosts. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a cozy night in, while the kids took advantage of an awesome backyard. I would definitely stay here again and actually just might, next time I'm in S.A.”

“This is a great little property tucked in a quiet area of Alamo Heights. The house has a nice 50’s vibe, and the hot tub and little yard are great for hanging with family. The home is outfitted with comfy furniture and a full kitchen, with a few added entertainment qualities that make it really fun. The only draw back that might keep me from staying again was the bathroom. The shower is a menace to society, small and didn’t drain well. If you have any mobility issues it will be a little scary……

“We enjoyed our stay at the bunkhouse. It was just right for 4 of us, the kids really liked the bunkbeds. The best part was waking up early & enjoying coffee on the upper deck looking out over the water and sitting up there in the late evening with a drink. ”

“Check in was smooth, the house was very clean! The kitchen was fully equipped with every item tou would need to cook a meal. There was some laundry detergent so I was able to wash some towels and clothes which was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. Which is unusual since a lot of people live in it. The shower was missing a detachable shower handle but the top large one worked so it wasn’t too big of a deal. The outside was not what it looks like in the picture unfortunately. Maybe time of……

“This place was pretty much perfect for us. The home was clean, comfy amd in a great location. The hosts provided snacks and there were even a few drinks in the fridge. We were able to park in the driveway and the hosts offered their level II charger to us for charging a vehicle. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Great place. Everything was nice clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood looks a little rough. However, everything was safe and very quiet!! I’d sure go there again!!”
