The breakfast at Americinn in Detroit Lakes is excellent! It includes four hot entrees, in addition to fresh waffles, fruit, breads, and yogurts. Even the 24 hr coffee table is well stocked with green, herbal and black teas and 3 types of coffee. The staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming too. We required emergency accommodations and this hotel helped us out tremendously with its availability and cost effectiveness.

We come to Detroit Lakes about 5 times a year. This is the first time we’ve stayed here and we are SO HAPPY we found this gem. They sell pizzas that they’ll cook for you. Great for the kids. Clean rooms. Very warm hot tub. Shampoo and conditioner pumps in the bathrooms. Amazingly friendly staff. We found our new place!!
