Great location and property. 6 adults (parents, 3 20 somethings and 14). Beach literally just out of the front door with lot's of restaurants in walking distance.

Desirable location and property was perfect size but sorely in need of cleaning. Our agreement said no pets but ALL furniture covered in pet hair. We had to wash two mattress pads as they were covered. One in our group is allergic to dogs. Property manager came on Sunday to clean feces off door and carpet in bunk room. He was less than accommodating and put out to help. He said property was pet friendly But not per our agreement. I feel sorry for owners.
