DEWEY Beach Block Cottage on the Best Block in Dewey!

2BR/1BA beach cottage is in the heart of Dewey on the Ocean Block (Saulsbury Street) and is perfect for a couple or small family. House is about 250 feet to the beach. Neat and very clean and professionally cleaned between renters.

Each bedroom has queen bed, (one is Temperpedic) along with a queen sleeper sofa in living room for an occasional guest. There is also a cover for the couch for your use which is easily laundered in the washer/dryer. Maximum comfortable occupancy is 4 but permitted to 6 (owner discretion). The outside shower is wonderful for removing sand. And the screened porch with vaulted ceiling is a wonderful spot to relax for morning coffee or at the end of the day. There is a full kitchen and both a regular coffee maker and large Kuerig.

Great little cozy home! (It is small-500 sq ft. ).Children can walk to the beach - No busy roads to cross. Many repeat & satisfied customers for years. Please bring all blankets/ comforters along with linens for beds, towels, dish towels and paper products/ trash bags consumables. Pillows, mattress pads, bedspreads are provided.

Minutes (walking) to restaurants, bars, fast food, coffee shop, town park, bay, shopping and entertainment. One mile to the Rehoboth Boardwalk and Funland with very reasonably priced rides for kids. Pick up the Jolly Trolley into Rehoboth at the corner. Park your car and never move it. Rehoboth Shopping Outlets 1-2 miles away. Lots of fine dining in Rehoboth. One to two off street parking at house.

Check in is 3:00 PM, Check Out is 10 AM.

Gas grill provided, propane not guaranteed. However, if you need to pickup propane, we will reimburse with a receipt. Please leave the grill in clean condition, There is a wire brush in the barbecue. Also no smoking/ vaping of any substance inside the home.

MUST BE OVER 25 TO RENT. NO RENTALS TO UNSUPERVISED HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS. NO PETS- NO EXCEPTIONS. Owner reserves right to charge higher Security on senior weeks. Renter pays credit card foreign transaction fees.
