About this property
DEWEY Beach Block Cottage on the Best Block in Dewey!
- 2BR/1BA beach cottage is in the heart of Dewey on the Ocean Block is perfect for a couple or small family. Affectionately dubbed the "doll house" by friends and family, it sits about 250 feet from the beach. This small cottage (~500 sq ft) has all the amenities you need for a wonderful beach vacation. While we limit to 4 adults for comfort, it will sleep 6. Each bedroom has a queen bed, & there is a queen sleeper sofa in living room for the occasional guest. Maximum comfortable occupancy is 4 but permitted to 6 (owner discretion). The outside shower is wonderful for removing sand. And the screened porch with vaulted ceiling is a wonderful spot to relax for morning coffee or at the end of the day. There is a full kitchen and both a regular coffee maker and large Kuerig.
There are 3 split units for cooling/heating along with 4 ceiling fans for comfort.
Please bring all blankets along with linens for beds, towels, dish towels and paper products/ trash bags consumables. Pillows, mattress pads, bedspreads are provided.
Gas grill is provided, propane is not guaranteed.
