「The area is true to New Mexico. Flat and sort of boring. We did, however, enjoy our stay. A short drive to Roswell, which is a small but fun town. I do have to give a friendly warning. There are 4 dogs that run the show on the property. 2 are what I believe are Mexican hairless dogs. and 2 are aging labs. Very sweet dogs who are the welcoming committee. 「The place was nice. It was clean. The owner was good about responding. My only 2 complaints were that we would adjust the AC to 70ish and it would cool down but would go back to 85 in the house. We were only staying 2 nights and by the time I noticed the issue it was a bit late to worry the owner about it as we were finishing up our 2nd day so we’re just kept resetting the thermostat. 「We enjoyed our stay. Pros: The location is excellent, in a safe quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and well appointed. I have pet allergies and was not bothered by any scents/dander in the home. Cons: the jetted tub was dirty and spat black mildew into my bath. Don't use the jets. We also killed 10 roaches in the home during our 4 day stay. Too many to simply shrug off and not mention.」
