The stuff members starting from the general manager, the managers, the receptionists, the chefs, and the room service individuals were friendly, respectful, extremely helpful and accommodating. My 16-17 nights spent in this hotel went fantastic.

The room advertised is the room that I initially paid for, however the manager who was kind enough to be waiting for me at the arrivals gate, tried to slip me a smaller room on the fly that was infested with cockroaches the size of my palm crawling all over the walls! I was sick to my stomach. Then he hurried and took me to an upper level floor, to the room that was advertised and claimed it was bigger...completely forgetting it was the room I had originally paid for....at that point I should have left but didn't. I regret that I stayed two more nights before cutting my 8-day stay short because of the boxspring that I couldn't sleep on, all the food that seemed carry a strange odor that made me queasy and the loud, disturbing noises through the night...

ダッカの空港の大渋滞に巻きこまれて、予定のフライトに乗れず、次のフライトを待つ為に空港から最も近いということで選びました。空港送迎はもちろん、ウェルカムドリンクで迎えてくれました。大変アットホームで、清潔なホテルです。周辺は高級住宅街で治安もよく、徒歩でいけるアーロン近くにはおいしいレストランが沢山あります。日用品のスーパーマーケットも豊富にあり、空港利用ならこのホテルをおすすめします。女性も安心して泊まれます。屋上にレストランがあり便利ですが、時間がかかるので、利用される方は、チェックイン時に予め食事の予約をした方が良いです。クレジットカードも使えます。水周りも綺麗ですが、鍵の閉め方にコツがいるので、それはスタッフの方に聞くと良いです。空港までは、ホテル専用の裏口を利用するので、車で5分でつきました。もし、午前中に空港に向かう方や、深夜に空港に着く方は、このホテルを予約した方が快適に過ごせると思います！私は、また次回も利用します！
