Good business hotel for short stays
Although a bit quirky configured (the reception and lobby are on 6th floor of a commercial building), the staff are efficient and happy to provide good service. Internet is good although might be slowed down by the number of devices connected. The restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes mainly of the Indian variety. Quality and presentation are better than expected of this type of hotel which was a pleasant surprise. The plate portions are extra generous and can easily satisfy two diners for the price of one. The top bar offers nightly entertainment programme by offering singing opportunity to young female talents accompanied by orchestra. Which is quite nice. One word of warning - the restaurant and the bar are not insulated from smoking areas nearby so second hand smoke is likely especially in the evening. Areas

ダッカの中心の大通りにあります。フロントもレストランの方も、皆とても親切で、フレンドリーです。部屋は、清潔感があります。窓に少しすき間があるものの、気にはなりませんでした。町のクラクションが一晩中鳴っているので、防音としてはいまいちかも。総じて、良いホテルだと思います。

客室自体は清潔であるが、ホテルの建物の北側は安アパート街、南側は卸売市場なのであまり清潔とではない。警備はしっかりしているので安心。お湯が出なくなることがあったのでその点は要改善です。

Disappointing Stay
I stayed in this hotel in March 2016 and went back again this time in August. The stay was very disappointing the internet was not working for two days in my room on the 12th floor, only working in part of the room not in entire room. I was shifted to 10th floor, but still the internet speed was poor. The shocking experience was rat moving around in the buffet table at the breakfast, the hotel staff and three more guests witnessed it. The rat was moving around the dishes on the table. Overall an experience never to be remembered!

Awesome staff!
A great stay because of the staff. They are an asset for this hotel, they made the stay memorable. I would come back and shake their hands for the effort they make day in and day out. Food was great. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The gym was run down and old. The equipment did not work. The neighborhood was noisy.

Don't just go by the brand name!
Not up to the mark for such a brand. Or stay did not at all justify for the price we paid. Room was okay, locations was okay. The comfort level was missing over all. Location wasn't great. Room lighting was very dull, Shower cubicle was very small, Wi-Fi disconnected all the time, We were charged high(different from menu price) for the food. Good points: Staff was friendly, rooms were neat.

The price is not worth it
I did not like the hotel. I just stayed there because the location near the Hospital I had to go. The only thing good was the hospitality of the staff. The street was terrible and the bath was small and water did not worked well.

It was no slipper, no coffee, no tea, no tooth brush, no tooth paste. The complementary water bottle was too big 2litter, and it was difficult to bring out. It was noisy by automobile horn even in the night time. There was limited kinds of breakfast menu. There was no small TAKA notes for exchange.

Best Western La Vinci was a great little hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean with good facilities! The breakfast was top notch and I couldn't fault the service, nothing was too difficult for any of the staff.

ダッカ市街地であり、どこへ行くにも動きやすロケーション。ただ、ホテル出入り口は、大通りから入った市場に通じる道路沿いであり埃っぽい感じ。雨期でもあったせいで、スコールで道路が冠水する日が多く、ホテル入口前への車寄せが出来ないと足元がずぶ濡れになるのは必至。駐車エリアが狭いが係員が誘導はしてくれ、ずぶ濡れになることはなかった。それ以外は、全体的にはコストパフォーマンスが良く、日本人の観光客も団体で宿泊してそれなりに安心できるホテルではあった。

部屋にスリッパが置いてない。依頼したら、ゴムサンダルを持ってきた。 石鹸、シャンプーはあったが、歯ブラシは置いてなかった。 （以上は一緒に宿泊した同僚の部屋も同じ） エアコン室外機の音（うなり音）が天井から聞こえてきており 睡眠できなかった。 ニ度と利用したくない。

Friendly place in central but noisy neighbourhood
I stayed for 5 nights. Staff were very friendly and helped me to get my lost suitcase back. The hotel is located near a mall and not far from the city. The main fresh food market is behind the hotel. Great to visit but noisy at night when farmers bring the food. I did not spend a lot of time at the hotel but had a nice and relaxed feeling. As a single female traveler, I found the hotel itself very safe. There might be better neighbourhoods to stay at for walking around. Overall a positive stay.

大通りに面した騒音のひどいホテル
市場にも近く便利なホテルで，スタッフの対応も良いのですが，大通りに面しており一晩中，騒音がうるさく眠るのが困難でした。このホテルに泊まる人は耳栓持参をお勧めします。

Old hotel in a classy location
Its an old property, slightly overpriced. with very good staffs. The initial room given to me was on road facing and it was not possbile to sleep due to the night traffic. Next day, they changed it without any problem. The rooms are spaced ok with a good work table. The bathroom was old, yet cleaned well and the tub was big. The hot water supply was not that regular and the hot water was slightly yellow colored. The house keeping staffs are really good and restuarent staffs are ok. The room service food was tasty and affordable. The breakfast spread was average. The wifi was free and the speed was good in my second room and the wired internet is also fast. It is in middle of dhaka city. If there are rains, it will take 2 hours to and fro the airport, else airport is an hour drive in normal traffic conditions. The biggest negative is that it is in the middle of a busy market and the surroundings are shabby and dirty. The gym usage charges are extra ( surprisingly! ) and they charge USD 7 per session.

全体的には良かった。 12階のレストランも思ったより良かった。 ただ掃除が足りない。 もう少ししっかり掃除機をかけて、拭き掃除されていれば気持ち良く過ごせたかも。

Good for central Dhaka
We have stayed at this hotel three times, and each time it meets our expectations. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable and the location makes everywhere easier to get to, bearing in mind it's Dhaka! My only criticism is that there are no non-smoking communal areas, so one can be sitting next to someone smoking whilst eating and the reception area often smells of smoke.

Good hotel, but ...
The hotel offers typical western comfort, has excellent soft beds (in contrast to typical hard matresses found in many BD hotels) and has all expected amenities. The main problem with the hotel is the horrible, day-night noise from the mainstreet and the local bazar, located just outside. Car horns penetrate right into the rooms since only one-layer glass is installed in the rooms. I stayed at the hotel at two occasions, and in both rooms the temperature of the aircon could not be adjusted: either on or off. Expect a long waiting time in the restaurant. I waited 45 min for a kebab serving and was told that additional 20 min was required. When complaining about the long time for a simple dish, a chicken kebab was served within 10 min. No bread was served at the restaurant.
