「The hotel is in a beautiful location and has amazing decor.
The swimming pool is lovely, but we could not access a sun bed or chair around the pool as they were all taken. Lots of people leave their towels on the sunbeds and do not return for hours.」
「I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day...
「Great location. Close to everything. Right on the beach. Good food. Great price. Keeping the cost of staying there low is understandable but a little renovation and updating might be worth it. Floors and doors. Most people use the elevators but we used the stairs. The stairs need to be cleaned. I will definitely go back.」
