“Clean room pleasant helpful staff great recommendations for dinner. The breakfast and service was very good. The Mansion has been restored beautifully. There is a calm welcoming scent in every room . I would definitely recommend to others for a unique and pleasant place to stay. I would stay here again when in Galveston. ”

“Our stay was amazing! Host was super friendly, gave us a tour and said make yourselves at home. Was very helpful with transportation to and from cruise port, helped with a place for our vehicle for the week and was very responsive to any problem or concern! Breakfast was amazing and home cooked by the owners chef. The whole experience was wonderful and price was great :) ”

“We arrived for check-in and were greeted by the manager. She showed us the details of the room like the airco/heater. Our room was clean, beautiful, charming, and filled with antiques. It was like staying at a wealthy uncle and aunt's house. I thought a lot about the history of the house and wondered who might have been to parties there a hundred years ago. The neighborhood was quiet, and pretty close to the Strand and the beach. We'd definitely stay there again. ”

“Beautiful historic "home". Loads of thoughtful touches and amazing hosts. The pool was so wonderful and warm it was like an oversized hot tub. Breakfast was amazing! The location was easy to find and felt very safe. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next couples getaway. ”
