“The location for this apartment is AMAZING! The views from the apartment are STUNNING! Located in the fun and busy Ponte Vecchio bridge area but the apartment itself is super quiet. There was a reliable elevator which we used frequently since the apartment is on the fifth floor (which is how we got the fantastic views). The photos online matched well with the reality of the place. Very lucky to have been able to stay here when we were in Florence.”

“It was disappointing that I was charged 20 euro for arriving at 20:25. I know that the cut off time was 20:00, but I explained that there was a train issue. It then took them until 21:10 to arrive to let us in even though I told them that we would be there 30 minutes prior as they asked. The place is nice. The air conditioning is a little weak in the main bedroom. It works but takes a while to get cold. When we arrived there were only 2 towels for 4 people, the bathroom mirror was broken……

“Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. Also, the air conditioning temperature is locked and the apartment did not cool down so it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Lastly, the shower is so small you can barely move in it. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly.”

“Be sure to do the online check way before you arrive. I never received the online reservation link after I booked the room and had to call the customer service number to resend it. The 1st person I called was supposed to find out what happened and call me back. He never did. When I called back to follow up, Samuel answered and he was very helpful. When I finally got the link, it didn't work and I had to call him back again to have him complete it for me & I was able got the code to get the key.……
