we book 2 triple rooms for 3 days, when we checked in, we found the light of bath room was out of order and refelcted to the reception,however we couldn't change room. Moreover, the reception promised to fix the light in next day, but it never fixed when we checked out

Great value
Great location, nice restaurant. Room is small even for European standard, heater didn’t work. However the proximity to the train station and downtown make up for those small negatives.

Satisfaisant...
Satisfaite du séjour... Seulement je trouve que ce n'est pas normal d'attendre 14h pour être en possession de la clé de la chambre, si non il faut payer 30€ de plus... Mais dans l'ensemble, satisfaite du séjour.

Not very clean - a bit run-down
The hotel is in a convenient location but it smelled and was very run down and dirty. Service was okay and we only stayed one night. I would not stay here again. The parking was full so we had to park at the train station not a big deal because it was close but wasn't convenient bringing our bags into the hotel.

Nous avons réservé une chambre avec 4 lits dont 1 lit double et 2 lits simples. Nous avons eu une chambre simple avec un seul lit double. La direction a également jugé bon de ne pas mettre en route la climatisation alors que les températures étaient de 28 ° pour la pentecôte. Il est mentionné un parking alors qu'il n'y en a pas, contrairement aux hôtels voisins. la chambre était également vieillotte et moquette tachée. Enfin le service de restauration ne fonctionne plus. Bref un prix qui n'est plus du tout en rapport avec la prestation.
