The staff were very accommodating. The location was within easy walking distance of the center of the town. One thing was that the rooms were quite noisy. It's an old property, which was one thing that drew us to it, but that means you can hear footsteps upstairs, some noise from outside the room. The guests were very polite and quiet in general but that's just what you get with an older property. We asked to switch rooms to the top floor which they were able to accommodate and that was better. That made us notice that not all rooms have ac so best to ask. It wasn't hot while we were there but it would be good to know ahead of time in the summer. The parking was really tight in a garage, so hard to maneuver. That's another way that the staff was accommodating; they offered to park or "unpark" the car for us and we gratefully took them up on that.

Great location, comfy overnighter, secure parking.
We knew the room was small when we booked, but it was only for one night and was actually very well designed and comfortable. Shower, no bathtub (not an issue for us). Negatives: Took ages to get the body wash pump to work, and the aircon didn't work at all. No fridge and very limited (tepid) drinking water. Positives: Lovely hotel with its own character (not a typical 'chain' hotel), easy access from the motorway, secure parking without too much manoeuvring, option to breakfast (we chose to meet friends in town for brunch instead), polite and helpful staff. Only a 5-10 minute level walk into the old town.

I don’t usually write bad reviews but this was my worst night in many years. It was hot. With only a fan in the room we had the window open. The noise from the road was awful. The green patch outside the hotel is a meeting place for bikers and parting youth, even on a Monday night. The roar of revved up motorbikes and pounding music kept me awake until 3am when I finally shut the window and roasted instead. I think an internal room would be better but don’t get one facing the roadside in summer. The breakfast was good but the dishes were not topped up and lots of things seemed to run out.

Grazie per aver dedicato del tempo a rispondere al questionario sulla soddisfazione,La vostra soddisfazione per la posizione del nostro hotel, il personale e la qualità della colazione ci motiva ulteriormente a soddisfare i clienti.Per quanto riguarda il riscaldamento, infatti, due camere delle nostre 27 sono situate sottotetto e non dispongono ancora dell'aria condizionata che sarà presto installata.

I think it’s a nice hotel. It was in walking distance of when I called the Central District where there is nothing but shops of all kinds. open air market, lots of restaurants very easy to walk to. The other thing is the architecture of the old buildings

Sentralt hotell i Dijon. De har parkeringsgarasje på eiendommen, men husk bestille plass på forhånd, €16. Ligger midt i et kryss og ellers kinkig med parkering. Greitt rom med god seng. Tillater hunder. Frokost var ikke noe å skryte av så ville ikke betalt ekstra for den.

Op het eerste gezicht een alleraardigst pittoresk hotel in oude stijl. Echter de kamer was niet klaar terwijl we na 14:00 arriveerden. We moesten later terugkomen en toen ging alles erg traag en omslachtig. Uiteindelijk, mogelijk omdat er meer mensen incheckten (sommige hadden klachten) kregen wij een kamer zonder airco. Dat terwijl ik op airco had geselecteerd. Slecht geslapen in een bloedhete kamer in een erg klein bed.
