"The food is wonderful , no doubt .I booked a panoramic view room .That means upgraded room . We get that old room , not updated , broken drawer , no table at the balcony .Near the elevator. The engine is heard all day and all night. And the clerk at the reception said , its what you booked for .period"

"I checked few hotels in Ein Bokek. Some of them have AC very noisy. This hotel was very quiet in this matter. Another good thing was, no kids. It was another reason for a quiet place. The only problem was, I was in non-smoking area outside with the sign "No smoking". Some people disregarded the sign and they smoke. I asked person on front desk to get involved in this matter , but he just ignored it. He suppose to stop them from smoking or to send then to a smoking area."

"The hotel itself was fine. Nothing special about it relative to the other properties in the area. Room was small. However, they took every moment to charge whatever they could. I forgot to add my child I had with me to the reservation and they charged me 400 NIS to add him to include breakfast. Since we only had 1 bed and there was no additional work for him being there, they effectively charged me 400 NIS for breakfast. In the moment I had no choice, but leaving this review is my recourse. The staff were unhelpful. Stay elsewhere if you could."
