「Well furnished and convenient property, but the included breakfast is supposed to be delivered to the rooms in the morning and this is unreliable. Our first night, it was left out at room temperature instead of being placed in the refrigerator so it was not something we could consider safe. The second night, the manager asked when we wanted breakfast and promised delivery by 7am since that was when we had to leave. The breakfast never arrived. 「No communication with the desk person. He had to make a phone call for me to converse. Area around property was very unkempt and littered with several "piles" left by dogs right on the property and not cleaned up in any fashion. Area made me feel unsafe due to its exceedingly poor neighborhood, but had no problem. No sign or address on property so very had to even find. Had to ask strangers for assistance to point it out. I wouldn't stay there again. But feel free to take your own chances....

Nice breakfast buffet
"It's best to check in as early as you can because the pool/spa facilities close quite early before dinner time. We called room service for bath robes. The guy who brought them over claimed that he had knocked the door three times already (which we didn't hear), then he just opened our door and entered our room which was a big shock as we were still getting dressed. We complained but guest service replied that this is standard procedure. Our shower door also couldn't shut fully but we were too tired to make a fuss over little things. The breakfast buffet was nice and the staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel is a short walk away, on the other side of the road. We came in September and we recommend waking up early to go soak in the Dead Sea (we went around 7:30am) so it's not too hot. "
