The open-plan American kitchen is perfectly equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary utensils to cook like at home. A large central island awaits you for shared meals, improvised aperitifs or simply to chat while something is simmering! A first independent toilet is located on the ground floor



At night, the house can accommodate up to 4 people in two comfortable bedrooms spread over two levels.

On the first floor, you will find a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and its adjoining bathroom with shower and WC. On this same floor, there is also an office space with a small sofa, which can serve as a quiet workspace. A second bathroom with shower and WC completes this floor for even more comfort.

On the second floor, an attic bedroom has two single beds (80x190) that can be brought together to form a Queen Size bed (160x200). An independent WC completes this floor.



For added convenience, the house also has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, and you have a space to safely store up to 2 bicycles. The house does not have private parking spaces, but you can park on free parking spots located in the street right in front of the house.
