Residence "Le Hoche", 3 storeys. In the resort 400 m from the centre of Dinard, 700 m from the sea, from the beach. In the house: lift. Single garage. Shop 400 m, grocery 450 m, supermarket, shopping centre 2.6 km, restaurant, bar 400 m, bakery 20 m, café 400 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "rue de la gare" 250 m, railway station "SNCF Saint Malo" 11.9 km, ferry "Gare Martime du Naye" 11 km, sandy beach "L'Ecluse" 700 m, park "Port Breton" 1.1 km, indoor swimming pool 850 m, thermal baths "Thalasso Dinard" 1.8 km. Sports harbour 750 m, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, surf school, sailing school 800 m, indoor tennis centre 1.4 km, minigolf 1.4 km, riding stable 1.5 km, sports centre 1.1 km, walking paths from the house 900 m.
