Nearby attractions: Saint Malo et ses remparts 12 km, Dinan 23 km, Cancale et ses huîtres 22 km, Cap Fréhel et Fort La Latte 35 km, Mont Saint Michel 58 km, Zoo de la Bourbansais 37 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Dinard, 2 km.

Villa très bien située, vue superbe

Mais des travaux d’entretien ne seraient pas superflus (électricité cuisine entre autres, SDB ,volets,portillon) et certains meubles sont à bout de souffle (canapés, chaises,etc) Dommage pour cette belle maison qui mériterait un bon rafraîchissement
