「The place is quiet. I love that the place is only 30 mins away from Kings Canyon. There is also a Dollar General store across so you can always drive back and forth for some necessities. Pet friendly, with very minimal fee. Bed was comfy, room was well kept with quaint designs, makes you feel at home. It will be nice to have more coffee selections, the coffee had in our room was blah. Overall it was an awesome stay!」

「Property has an amazing view! It is also easy to “check-in,” very clean and well-maintained. Two important things to note. First, despite what the listing states, there is no AC. There is some sort of system that cools the air a bit, but does nothing about humidity. We stayed during a heat dome event and it was uncomfortable. 「We absolutely loved it there. it has wonderful view during sunrise from the hills and cute backyard for my pup to run and play. Property is maintained well even though its a Mobile home. Well equipped kitchen. Great location. calm and peaceful. Be mindful of neighbours though, there was one guy who was not happy with us walking around as he thought we were intentionally there to disturb his dogs and horses.」

「The property is not huge but not to small. Fit perfectly with the 2 kids and 2 adults staying at the house. Right down the street from target and restaurants. The house is a brand new build with new construction still building around. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. My only call out is bring your own butter or oil to cook. They have the necessary pans and plates but not enough cooking essentials. Luckily the pans are non stick so I was able to make it work. Also no cleaning supplies...
