「My stay at the Braat hotel was fabulous ! The cleanliness, the upkeep and the staff were amazing, super friendly! I was well taken care of during my stay, no complaints! My friend at room service was great young man who was attentive to me during my entire stay, the gentleman who brought little treats EVERY night was so lovely. The staff at the lobby, the cleaning crew ALL great! I actually miss the hotel, but it’s definitely my go to from now on when I visit to Rabat! Plus it’s well located for...

「They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening. 」

「Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good location.」

「Service was worse than expected for a hotel of a calibre like Four Seasons. 1. Upon checking in and finishing dinner, we were told someone would show us to our rooms because the hotel was quite large. However, we were ignored and left to our own devices and had to find our way to the rooms. 2. For one of the rooms that we booked (out of 3), we were given a room that was clearly a downgrade from the two others and also a disability accessible room. When first approaching the reception, they...

「They have a very good massage. Breakfast is one of the best I have had in any hotel. The hotel is very clean and very elegant. The staff are extremely helpful.」
