Either the aircon was broken or the hotel only allowed the temperature to be set at 21 C. Seems like the hotel was pretty busy so I’m sure they are making money. They could at least provide some more amenities. They only provided 1 set of toothbrush and toothpaste for our entire stay. They also did not change our bedsheets during our stay.

"Nothing memorable about the stay, even though we told the hotel we had many special birthdays and anniversaries between us. No water provided in the room either and poor amenities in the room. Was planning to stay on the return leg of our trip but cancelled it"
