"Very nice hotel located in a quiet and idyllic village. Easy to reach by car, bike or even public transport (bus stop right behind the corner). In the village itself there are not many services - no proper restaurants outside of the hotel and only a little shop in the center. However this was perfect for us and in any case bigger town nearby can be reached very quickly by car. "Such an incredible place. Enjoyed the spa at the sister hotel which was a beautiful 10 minute walk away. Literally right next to the funicular and a store where you can buy food essentials, souvenirs and hiking gear. The hotel is brand new and is impeccably clean. The restaurant is very good. Everything in Stoos is within walking distance—including the lifts to the tops of the mountain. If you stay here be prepared to love the tranquility and the sound of cowbells. "
"Gorgeous location for the hotel, and clean rooms. Rustic vibe. Extremely pretty view from the windows and good breakfast. Be warned it is a little difficult to carry luggage manually up the steep slope to the hotel. Taxi to help carry everything costs 16 CHF from the station to the hotel."
