In a very quiet luxury residence, on the marina, beautiful 3-room apartment with a capacity of 6 people, with an area of approximately 53m² on the 1st floor with lift. This apartment includes: a living room/lounge (with flat screen TV and BZ 140x190 sofa) opening onto 2 balconies, one of which has a direct view of the marina, an open-plan kitchen (with a dishwasher, 3 ceramic hobs, a conventional oven and an oven/microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and 2 coffee makers (classic and Nespresso)), 2 bedrooms (one with a 160x200 bed and the other with a 140x190 bed), a bathroom water with shower and separate toilets. Pets are not accepted in this rental.
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 60E, sheet kit (90x190: 20E/ 140x190: 22E/ 160x200: 25E, (let us know a few days before arrival).
Tourist tax to be paid on the day of arrival.
THE RESIDENCE: Luxury residence facing the Port de Plaisance of Port Guillaume. NEARBY: Beach, the marina of Port Guillaume, Bars and restaurants, the fish market, local shops (bakery, grocery store, beauty salon, ready-to-wear / decoration shops, sand yachting school and the nautical center which is located in Cabourg after the footbridge.

appartement avec vue sur le port très agréable . Il faudrait par contre un tapis de douche et d'avantage de verre sinon conforme à l'annonce .
