The location gave us a pleasant view of the upper limbs of the many pine trees. Perfect view to zone out & reflect or meditate. Hope to return again.」

「The location is great - a very short distance to the Garden of the Gods and to all the fun eateries and shops in CS. The best part is the view of the mountains! I loved waking up and that view being right out the sliding glass door window. I just loved that it was a converted garage. Cutely decorated and had all the amenities. We didn't do any cooking while there but it was a perfect set up for it. Loved the King Sized bed (hubby is 6'4")! After two days of hiking, the hot tub felt amazing....

「Zero communication from host. Found the place and just walked? No instructions at all. Decor was great and had everything we needed. Bed slept really good. No privacy and felt like we were camping in someone's yard while on the deck. stay outside kon」

「For my husband and I visiting for Air Force Graduation and a wedding, it was fine. It is located on a busy/noisy road, so I was thankful to have the noise of the air-conditioner.」

「We stayed here for 5 days while looking for houses in the area and loved every minute. The space was immaculate. We didn't need anything other than a few groceries. The hosts were very welcoming and left extensive directions for everything, including recommendations on the local area for dining and activities. Very peaceful and quiet. The spacious deck was amazing - I even worked from there most of the stay. Deer would come through the yard every day and we even saw a family of fox with 5 pups...

「We needed a place with a great yard for our dogs and this fit the bill. The views of Pikes Peak and garden of the gods are amazing! The house was clean; however many of the dishes were dirty and toaster oven hadn’t been cleaned out. This is a hazard of having guests do their own dishes upon departure that we’ve noticed in other rentals as well. We’re accustomed to washing everything we use before using it so no big deal to us. We would stay again, the owner is very responsive to any request.」

「Great location to see the Colorado Springs are - 15 minutes fromGarden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, downtown Colorado Springs and minutes from Old Colorado City. Marianne is delightful and great to work with. Apartment is whimsical but has great space. Family of four fit well. View off decks was lovely. Hot tub was clean and had a great view. If you like modern and new this is not for you. If you like artsy and whimsical then his place is great.」
