It was pretty good. On the upside, The room was clean, the staff was nice and responsive, the view from the window was great, there was a pool and a jacuzzi which were good. Nice hotel, got a free upgrade on arrival. They don’t offer couples massage but managed to find another masseuse to accommodate our request. Spa facilities were good. Good value for money, would stay again if we went back for the skiing.

Rather disappointed
Once a grand hotel now rather dated redeemed by an excellent spa. Needs a total refurbishment. No concierge to advise on mountain walks, no maps etc. out of season but only one of three restaurants open.

Location very close to ski facilities and mountain tracks. Very friendly staff. Nice outdoor relaxation area. The window view depends on the room.
