「I never saw the inside of this property so I cannot comment on the accuracy of that. The property is located in a neighborhood full of abandoned and run down homes. Only one other house on the block appeared livable. There is also no parking anywhere around the home including the street in front. I didn’t feel safe staying there and walking in a neighborhood of abandoned homes in the dark.」

「Owner had sold the property but not removed the listing. Found out the day of the reservation whe I called to get check-in information. He immediately stopped responding to my messages. Avoid this host at all costs. (VRBO was great, though. Made sure our money was refunded and worked to find us another property)」

「The unit itself was very nice…our issue was with the AC. It is controlled by the manager/owner. The guests aren’t allowed to move the AC below 70 degrees. We keep our ac at 67 at home. That’s our preference. So I asked for that and was met with rude answers and they basically questioned me and said they’ve never had anyone be hot. If I’d know the guests don’t have control of the AC I would not have stayed there. We had the groom and groomsmen staying there for the wedding and no one slept well...
