" I travel often and have stayed in hundreds of hotels, and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. After waiting several hours for check-in, we were first given a room that hadn’t been cleaned at all — used bed, trash, dirty bathroom. The second room was better but still not properly cleaned, with a used washcloth left in the shower and dirty footprints in the bathroom. We got back late that night and only had a few hours to rest before an early flight. When setting up the pullout couch, there were no sheets. Around midnight, the front desk initially asked me to come downstairs to get them, which was unreasonable. They were eventually brought up after I pushed back. The property overall felt poorly maintained. The pool area was dirty, and staff used a loud leaf blower while guests were trying to relax. The hallways also smelled like burnt popcorn. What’s frustrating is that I had just stayed at a cheaper motel nearby that was cleaner and provided better service. I would not stay here again. "
