「Good Room was very clean and the linens were comfortable. Ample good towels. Coffee in room. Daily maid service. For a continental breakfast it was excellent. Microwave, small refrigerator. Good parking. Needs improvement What they were calling a kitchen was a whirlpool suite with a double sink, microwave, small fridge, and a "rack." No stove, utensils or anything like that. The fireplace in the lobby was advertised but wasn't running during the 5 days I stayed, that I saw.」

「I was not aware that the property did not provide towels and wash cloths. (I didn’t read the whole description. Lesson learned). When I called about it they directed me to a stash of towels in another building. He didn’t have to do that! Great customer service!」

We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps.
