「lovely stay, staff were so friendly and helpful. we actually got stuck in our car around the park the morning of check out, we called the lodge and they sent some guys out to help us get unstuck, then let us shower even though check out had passed. also great food, wonderful service, excellent rooms and great views. can't recommend this place highly enough.」

「They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great.」

「The room was small, but was not expecting much. The bed was clean. The bathroom was clean, but there is no separate shower. The shower and toilet are in the same area, not separated. They tried to cover the smell of sewage with moth balls and what smelled like bug spray before we entered the room, but you can smell the sewage from the drain and you can’t hide it even with the windows open and the bathroom door closed. If they resolved this issue, I would say that the place is good for the low...
