"I absolutely loved this comfortable and hospitable place. The communication was amazing and the extra little touches to make us feel welcome and at home plus the overall atmosphere was just perfect. I wish I could have stayed longer and explored the town which looked charming but I want to give a nod to the terrific little corner cafe we walked to for dinner where the service was friendly and the food delicious. "

"We had a wonderful time at this location and would recommend it to anyone looking for a secluded get away. You will not have cellphone service, but the wifi connection is strong.The hot tub was very clean with a great view. We enjoyed watching the sun set over the mountains and star gazing.The wood burning stove will heat the whole main area of the house, and adds wonderful ambiance. The host was gracious and attentive. We had the opportunity to purchase some artisan maple syrup from the Sugar Shack on the property and would highly recommend it."

"This was our second time to visit and had a blast! Was hoping for a white Christmas but the weather did not cooperate! Our older kids came to visit for a couple of days and there was plenty for everyone to do on-site. The hot tub was a great hit as well! Well anointed kitchen with plenty of blankets and pillows on those chilly nights. The creek flowed higher this time of year which was great to listen to out by the firepit! If you want peace and quiet - this is the place to go!"

"Love the cabin. It was our 6th year coming this time of year. Usually the cabin is stocked with toilet paper and firewood but this year we ran out and had to go to the mountain store. The first year we came there was a Christmas tree in the loft but they don’t put one up anymore. The pig that comes to visit did not disappoint. My grands love the pig! We didn’t see any other animals like in the past. It’s still our fave place to come spend quality time together as a family. "
