The hotel was exceptionally clean and overall very pleasant. The front desk staff were extremely attentive and friendly, and they truly surprised me by upgrading my room to a higher category without me even asking. The hotel’s WhatsApp support line was also very efficient, responding immediately and resolving any issues right away. Its central location is a major advantage. With a metro station right next to the hotel, it’s very easy to reach any part of Doha as well as the airport. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety. I especially appreciated the long breakfast hours and the selection of dishes from various world cuisines — they really did everything to ensure a satisfying start to the day. The only thing I didn’t enjoy as much was the pillows in the room; they could have been softer and more comfortable. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay and I was highly satisfied overall.

The location is good as it is easy to grab taxis and get around quickly but the rooms were not great. Shower is a little on the small side and the staff could have been abit friendlier to guests. The location of the hotel is in downtown, near a very nice shopping mall "The Gate Mall" and near a metro station. Also it is across the street from the Convention Center. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we were even attended by the hotel manager.
