"This was my second consecutive year experiencing check-in delays at this hotel. On a positive note, the staff's attitude has improved significantly and was much more polite compared to last year. However, the room allocation system still lacks efficiency.
During my recent stay, I arrived early and was advised to check back after 2:00 PM. Later, five of my colleagues arrived around 1:30 PM, and all of them were able to get their rooms immediately. Despite being right behind them in line, I was told my room was still not ready. I waited until past the standard 3:00 PM check-in time, but the room was still unavailable.
Since my colleagues and I all booked through the exact same platform (Hotels.com), the inconsistent waiting times were highly confusing. While I appreciate the improved customer service attitude, the operational efficiency and room management still require major improvements."
