Me and my daughter loved the place. I would highly recommend to anyone looki g to stay in the area we stayed and went to the Polar express train ride about 30 minutes away in town. That was a once in a lifetime experience aswell. Personally the bed was more comfortable sleeping on top of the comfortor with our own blanket.」

They made sure I knew I could contact them with any questions or needs. There’s easy access to downtown Mancos, Cortez and Durango for adventures though you don’t need to leave the house to enjoy a breathtaking view! You cannot go wrong with a stay here! 」

「Do not let the description fool you. It’s way worse than what the 3.4/10 rating implies. The description on the site is about 40% accurate. This is not your typical apartment rental. When they say “owner may be on premises” they actually mean, “owner lives above the apartment”. Which wasn’t the biggest issue. There is NO TV, NO Laptop work area because there is no internet. Also the cell service is spotty at best, and cut off about a half mile away from the property. So if something went...

「Great area. Beautiful views near by. Silverton was enjoyable just be careful on the road heading in. Went to the 4 corners. Durango itself was nice. Recommend going up to the college and check out the views.」
