“Clean room, friendly staff. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Room was comfortable with all the amenities needed. Room was a walk away from the beach with a private entrance to the beach including a shower for rinsing ”

“Property in bad condition. Breakfast? Coffee, yogurt, granola, apple cereal. Not a piece of bread! This ia not a continental breakfast. The property seems to be uninhabited. ”

“The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty ”

“This hotel is HORRIBLE!! Save your money and stay somewhere else. To start, it took over 20 minutes to check-in because there was ONE guy working the desk and he had absolutely no pep in his step. He talked to one lady for 10 minutes AFTER she was checked in and ready to leave because they started talking about insurance (unrelated to visit), a vacation he had coming up, and then about something he pulled up on his phone. When we did check in our $335 room we reserved on Expedia turned into……

“Great location for us, we had tickets for a concert at the Hilliard Center and it was right down the street. Hotel was clean and quiet! Bed was so comfortable!! ”

“The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful and not welcoming at all! The toilet in the room was broke, like shattered, the AC stopped working the first day and we called several times each time with the guy promising he would could look at it but never came even though we saw him walking around the property! The beds were small and hard as rocks. We checked out a day before we were supposed to and went home. ”
