La Morinière - In a magnificent park of 80,000 m2, planted with different Mediterranean species, palm groves, olive groves, fir trees .... in a haven of peace assured, without any person opposite, splendid and unusual property of style "ranch" which can receive 8 people in the house and 4 people in the independent chalet, understanding in the home on the ground floor: entrance hall, spacious living room opening onto outdoor terrace with central wood burning stove, professional kitchen (5-burner gas stove, extractor hood, fridge / freezer), utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, dining area, dining room , large office, 3 suites of 15 M2 minimum with 2 double beds 140X190 and a double bed of 160X200 each with its bathroom and toilet, dressing rooms, including a suite with sofa. On the floor: a continuation with double bed with room of water and toilet. Panoramic 180 ° view with balcony. Electric gate. Outdoor terrace sheltered with summer kitchen American fridge. Garden Lounge. Walkway connecting the house to the spa and solarium access.
Numerous parking spaces including 3 sheltered places.

For 2020 a covered outdoor pool will be set up without vis-à-vis for everyone, and can be shared with the cottage if it is rented independently.

Independent chalet in the same property for 4 people including: living room with kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed and closet, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, closet, bathroom, separate toilet. Large outdoor terrace sheltered. Barbecue.

Possibility to rent the property all year for seminars, weddings, birthdays .... Pricing on request.

Seasonal rental from January 1st to December 31st, arrivals and departures are on demand except in July and August arrivals are only from Saturday to Saturday.

No pets allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the property.

Property Location: in the center of Ile d'Oleron halfway East and West coast, 4 km from the beach remmigeasse Dolus D'oléron is 8 minutes by car, 6 km from the beach from Boyardville is about 9 minutes by car. 2 minutes from all shops.

Conciergerie: you will be received by a single interlocutor who will welcome you in the property and who can offer you rental of household linen by ELIS Company (sheets, pillow cases, towels "Jacquard French" and carpets baths) as well as the cleaning option. Do not hesitate to contact us for rates. Property under supervision of a guard on the spot, piscinist and gardener.

Une belle pause sur l’île

La propriété est vraiment top! Une vrai parenthése au milieu de l’île tout en restant à proximité de tous (plage, commerces, activités, ville...).et petite bouteille de bienvenue qui fait toujours effet :)Arnaud, le gardien, jardinier est top. Disponible pour le mondre problème. Le terrain est vraiment bien entretenu et il y a peut être quelque à aménager sur le grand espace entre le chalet et le ranch.On regrette peut etre la distance entre le chalet et le ranch mais tous le monde peut profiter sans se marcher dessus. Seul bémol, il est dommage que le ménage et les linges de lit et toilette ne soient pas compris dans le prix de la location initiale.Nous aurions bien fait 3-4 jours de plus :)vraiment bien entretenu

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. La maison est atypique mais très agréable avec un espace extérieur arboré. Nous avons pu jouer dehors avec les enfants. Arnaud et Aurélie sont très accueillants, aidant et bon communiquant.Je recommande cette location parfaitement tenue. Nous n'avons manque de rien.

Week-end ensoleillé à Oleron

Nous avons loué ce ranch pour un week-end entre amis à Oleron, tout près de Dolus-d’oléron. Magnifique propriété arborée, prestations au top, propreté nickel et tranquillité assurée. N’oublions pas non plus Arnaud, le gardien / jardinier, très sympa et de bon conseils. Notre week-end est passé bien trop vite et est maintenant devenu un excellent souvenir !

Superb location and property

The property near Dolus in D’Oleron is atypical for the area . It is a ranch style with loads of space, and different areas both inside and in the garden to enjoy. We had 12 people in the property for part of our stay and did not feel cramped. Arnaud was very welcoming and helpful. The pool was perfect and the air conditioning useful at times. Altogether a very charming place to stay - we hope to return in future!

La maison est parfaite pour accueillir un groupe, avec un grand nombre de salle de bain qui facilite la vie lorsqu'on est nombreux. Week-end en famille (9 personnes) Malgré le temps pluvieux nous avons pu passer d'agréables moments dans celle villa spacieuse, avec un grand salon et un jacuzzi. Salle de bains et toilettes dans chaques chambres ce qui est très appréciable. Hôte très accueillant et disponible. Petit bémol, le forfait ménage que nous n'avons pas pris car tarif excessif.

Belle propriété avec un superbe beau parc, l'architecture nous transporte dans d'autres contrées.

Nous avons séjourné un week end avec mes amis dans cette grande maison, que nous avons réellement trouvé somptueuse et pleine de charme. Le terrain est très grand ainsi nous étions au calme, nous avons pleinement profité de la grande piscine, et de toutes les astuces qu’offre cette maison pleine de surprise. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Aurélie qui a été très arrangeante et disponible, merci à elle. Summer holiday
