  • Comfortable 2-family house "Syria", renovated in 2023. 500 m from the centre of Domaso, on the outskirts, 52 km from the centre of Como, 52 km from the centre of Lecco, in a secluded position on a slope, 400 m from the lake, in the countryside. 50 m long narrow motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 550 m, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Como" 52 km, pebble beach "Spiaggia 'Madonnina'" 600 m. Marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 27 km, surf school 850 m, cycle lane 600 m. Nearby attractions: Villa Camilla, Chiesa San Bartolomeo, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Monti di Vercana, Sasso Pelo. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Die Unterkunft war gut gelegen und der Comer See, sowie Restaurants, eine Apotheke und ein Supermarkt waren fußläufig in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt neben dem Haus für die Gäste reserviert, sehr praktisch! Die Terrasse, die zur Ferienwohnung gehört ist schön groß und mit Tisch, Stühlen, Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirm gut ausgestattet.Für 2 gab es ausreichend Geschirr, für 4 Personen hätte es nicht unbedingt genug Geschirr gegeben. Die Wohnung ist mit einer Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Föhn ausgestattet, allerdings sollte man Grundausstattung wie Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Spülmittel, Handseife mitbringen oder vor Ort kaufen.Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben den Kontakt gesucht.
