Hübsches Hotel mit wunderschöner Grünanlage mit exotischen Pflanzen. Hunde sind willkommen und können sich frei bewegen.Das Personal ist stets freundlich und gut gelaunt. Dem Gast wird jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Ich und meine Hündin haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider haben sie im Moment nur die Möglichkeit, das Frühstück zu servieren. Es gibt ein reichhaltiges Buffet. Weitere Mahlzeiten müssen auswärts eingenommen werden. Das ist etwas schade, da sonst sehr gute italienische Menüs angeboten wurden. Ich werde das Hotel Internazionale gerne wieder besuchen.

Brutta esperienza

Ho prenotato una camera superior e invece mi e' stata assegnata una standard, vista ferrovia. La titolare si e' mostrata scontrosa fin dalla prima telefonata, quando non trovava la prenotazione. Si e' poi scocciata per il fatto che avrebbe ricevuto i soldi del soggiorno da Expedia e non da me. Ha piu volte rimarcato il fatto che "a quel prezzo" sono stato fortunato ad aver trovato una camera, e che ovviamente la colazione non era inclusa (ovviamente lo sapevo e meno male! A 50 metri un bar-pasticceria buonissimo). Lampadina della luce vicino al letto bruciata cambiata da me. Stanza ghiacciata all'arrivo. Caloriferi spenti. La tizia ha detto che si accendevano solo dalle 17 in poi. Alle 17 non si sono accesi, sono sceso e mi ha detto di aprire la manopola del termosifone. Da quanto tempo non veniva utilizzata la stanza? Sono giunto alla conclusione che mi hanno rifilato la stanza d'emergenza, quella che tengono libera per le eventualita'. Dopo aver parlato con Expedia la signora non mi ha piu rivolto parola. Stanza rumorosa per via della ferrovia che passa a 40 metri, con relativa puzza di ferraglia. Il fronte dell'albergo invece da' su una strada molto trafficata. Prezzo esagerato, la signora pensa di possedere un albergo a Courmayeur quando invece si trova tra una ferrovia e una Statale alla periferia di una cittadina qualunque. Gia' richiesto rimborso per la stanza sbagliata.

Hotel bem localizado, com estacionamento, bem estruturado, atendimento cordial, região com muitos pontos turísticos interessantes e fica numa região estratégica. Mobília um pouco antiga e está desatualizado, café da manhã satisfatório.

Poca attenzione verso il cliente. Pulizia camera scarsa. La sfortuna di non trovare l'acqua calda in doccia, molto probabilmente per un guasto alla caldaia...ma non si sono neanche scusati del disagio. Colazione standard. Per 85€ a notte mi aspetto di più.

Gemütliches, menschen- und hundefreundliches Hotel

Ich kann nur rühmen! Mit Hund ist man hier am richtigen Platz. Das Hotel ist umgeben mit einem richtig schönen kleinen Park, wo sich auch ein Hund tummeln darf. Um die Ecke gibt es eine Naturlandschaft mit Flusslauf, wo sich verschiedene freundliche Hunde alle Tage treffen. Das Zimmer war klein aber fein - so richtig gemütlich und zum Glück mit Klimaanlage, da wir bis 36 ° am Schatten hatten! Das Essen war schön und fein italienisch - leider das Frühstück weniger, da ein EU-Frühsücksbuffet eigentlich nicht Italienermanier ist. Besser wäre, jedem Land seine Essgewohnheiten zu lassen!!!! Mich haben auch die Dekoration und die Bilder an der Wand sehr angesprochen. Ich fand es richtig gemütlich.. Das ganze Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dank der Vegetation rund ums Hotel war es auch schön ruhig, so dass der Strassenlärm nicht stören konnte. Entgegen der angegebenen Strassenkarte, die durch die Stadtmitte mit ihren Einbahnstrassen führt, kann man mit der Autobahn und der letzten Ausfahrt von Domodossola direkt vors Hotel fahren.
