There was absolutely no information about the unit, where to put trash, how to operate heating, musty smell in cupboards, the dining table was broken and unusable, tv remote did not work. Area was loud, chaotic and a violent incident involving 3 police cars, 10 police and three men put in hand cuffs, with one broken nose and other injuries, this occurred right on the property from 3 am until 10 am. ……

“Read the fine print - windows are optional apparently. While the bed was comfortable and we slept well, apparently there are windowless options with this hotel. Room was clean however the tile floor felt "greasy" almost like there was too much cleaning product used. I am so thankful I packed slippers. Staff were friendly enough - good luck driving to drop off our luggage, it took us 40 mins to find a route that was open. Its best to park at the mall / shopping centre across the river and……
