「Centrally situated for Donegal town and good parking at hotel. Room in need of a total revamp, huge room but tiny cabinets. Tv is out of date and not up to standard. Bathroom is badly planned with no room to place any equipment. Shower is poor and bathroom has a bad damp smell. A little attention to detail, updating and cleaning could bring this hotel to the standard expected.」

「There were no amenities to rate... Overall clean and easy to find, walkable to dinner. On street parking was easy.」

We enjoyed the fireplace in the living room area as well. The only issue we had was with the shower. The water didn’t seem to stay hot long enough for two people to take showers and it got the floor wet more than expected.」

「Depending on how much you pay, this is a good place to stay if looking for somewhere near Donegal Town with parking facility. As a guest house it mainly has classic decor/furniture style and although it feels homely, maintenance needs were evident. Security is relatively basic for a quiet location out of town, particularly room doors operated by key alone. Breakfast service is good as were the staff helpful and welcoming.」

Insisted we sit at the bar. I gave a sore knee and couldn't. So we had to sit outside. It's covered and warm but all the smokers go outside and that was yucky」
