“Absolutely stunning hotel- definitely had the wow factor! Doorman was straight out to the car as we parked to carry the luggage in. Room was fantastic- very spacious. Lovely scented toiletries. We had dinner in the Cedar restaurant. Food was delicious and well presented. Staff very attentive. Lovely breakfast provided next morning. Spa facilities were superb. Highly recommend - the only 5 star hotel in Donegal.”

“I am really glad that I was able to book my stay here, just lamenting that it was only for one night. The staff were great and my room was beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised because I booked this on a whim wanting to visit Donegal and really didn't know much about this location. “When we were checking out we asked the receptionist where we could buy a new umbrella nearby. She went and got us one from their lost & found collection, saying “people leave umbrellas behind in their rooms all of the time”. She saved us time and money AND saved the planet some landfill space by recycling a perfectly good umbrella! Our room was perfect, the hotel was quiet, our breakfast and dinner were very good and the hotel was within walking distance to a local pub with an “open” session……
