Met all expectations
"Everything went smoothly .the 3 course lunch with wine for €22 was excellent value and the breakfast met all expectations .however when in town we went to the restaurant the concierge said she had booked for us they k had no record of the reservation !"

"Endroit convenable, résidence vieillissante mais propre, parking indispensable mais un peu cher. Par contre bien placé, à 5-10 mins à pieds du centre-ville. Bruit de circulation important suivant l’appartement."

Excellent, but be aware of the apartment types
"A beautiful complex, in a truly stunning area of the Basque Country. The staff are great. Maria Vitorica spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Grounds are pristine - wonderful views of the ocean and hills; beautiful gardens; great exercise/obstacle course; tennis court and the pool is even ..."
