"Gorgeous little hotel on a cute water front harbour - Dreamy! Good service, good food & good view ! Perfect stop opposite the “island of love”!!! ‼️Sadly, this little gem has an issue which really needs addressing by the owner immediately. The beautiful room with cute harbour view had a bed with badly torn headboard on the bed in 2 places & plug socket in the bathroom hanging off exposing wires by the sink. This is not a cheap hotel price. The room was spacious, very clean & had a big bathroom so how they thought that a very badly ripped head board is acceptable & hygienic is peculiar. Like 2 x 10 inch pizza size rips !! I mentioned it to the receptionist & she told me lots of guests also mentioned it but nothing was done! This is a lovely little hotel otherwise worth its 4 stars but no one wants their bed to feel unhygienic! And as for the exposed wires in the wet room - well that’s not great or safe either.. I hope this comment wakes up the owner to taking action for hotel maintenance because it really is such a cute & nicely decorated hotel with white starched table cloths in a cute tiny harbour village…"

"We had a very comfortable stay in this beautiful accommodation. The one thing that I would say is to advertise this with parking is very misleading. The chance of getting a parking spot in front of the hotel is next to impossible. However, there is a free public parking lot within a five minute walk."

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and informative. Our room was beautiful, especially the bathroom. We were impressed with the towel warmer. The window balcony was an added bonus! The restaurant is absolutely stunning. We were shocked with how amazing the breakfast buffet was!! Out of all of our travels so far, this hotel and it's breakfast is one of our favourites! The doors to your room are very unique. They light up in different ways to inform housing keeping if you're in the unit or not. It's in a great location, near old Town Zadar, Kolovare beach and beautiful restaurants/Cafe bars. The area surrounding the hotel is a little beat down and old, but safe! If you love cats as much as I do, you will encounter them in the surrounding area. When checking out of the hotel and leaving for the airport, they do have a luggage storage room if you have some time before check out and your flight. We found this very resourceful and considerate. "Close to the airport and a 5 minute drive to old town Zadar. Everything easy. Ok breakfast. Basic hotel and serves its purpose. The top and bra left in our closet from the previous guest was a nice touch. Didn’t fit any of us though."

"This is a lovely hotel about a 15 minute walk to the old town of Zadar. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was exceptional. The personal touch from the owner, who was around at breakfast every day, was appreciated."

"The property was centrally located, very convenient to the old town sites and restaurants. The bed rooms were in a loft area of the apartment, suitable for our family. The washing machine worked well, and the apartment had the amenities we wanted. The parking is a bit of a challenge(expensive) but it’s the price you pay to stay in the old town area."
