We loved this VBRO. It was perfect for our family of 4. The lift was easily accessible, just a short walk before you put on skis. You come off the hill right at the parking spot for the unit. Some of the other units at the resort have a longer trek, so this was nicely located for easy access to the hill. It was a beautiful home, very clean, comfortable beds. We had a great time! It snowed a lot during our stay and they were quick to plow the road and shovel our walkway, which was a nice surprise.
Like other reviews, you do have to hit the security office first to pick up the key, which isn't the most convenient, but that appears to be for all the units at this resort. Unsure what you'd do after hours. We also had a hard time finding where to put our garbage when we left. The parking for this unit is one condo over, so a little more work if you have any physical issues. This was a not a problem for us. This was one of the few units we saw that did not have a hot tub. But there was a fire pit where the hot tub would sit, which the others didn't appear to have. So depends on your preference.
It sleeps six (2 on hide-a-bed) but would be crowded with that many in the winter. Even for four, they could use some more seating. The couch comfortably holds three, then there is an accent chair that isn't very functional and the two table chairs. We happened to toss in some camp chair for outside and used those inside to watch some games and a movie.
